Shipping Policy
In-stock items will be shipped out of the warehouse within 2 business days of receipt Monday – Friday, although a high percentage of orders depart the same day they are received. The preferred shipping method is UPS Ground (unless otherwise noted) to all destinations in the U.S. Drop Ship items from our vendor partners may take longer. Massage Elements is not responsible for delays in shipment due to weather or location. If the order
is rejected or undeliverable by no fault of Massage Elements or the supplier, the customer is responsible for all charges that may be incurred in the storage and delivery of their goods.

The ship date that you state at time of purchase, is the date that we strive to deliver your order. By agreeing to the terms and conditions when you place the order, you are accepting delivery of your shipment within 5 day +/- of the requested date, and are required to have a location to store the purchased items.

UPS Ground- 90% of parcels reach most US destinations within 2 business days of shipment. UPS standard ground delivery is 1-7 business days. This excludes; dropshipped, custom, made-to-order, and out of stock products.

Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM PST will arrive by Wednesday end of day. This excludes; dropshipped, custom, made-to-order, and out of stock products.
Next Day Air Saver - Your shipment is guaranteed by UPS to arrive the next business day. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 AM PST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM PST will arrive by Tuesday end of day. This excludes; dropshipped, custom, made-to-order, and out of stock products.
Next Day Air - Your shipment is guaranteed by UPS to arrive the next business day by 10:30 a.m. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 AM PST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM PST will arrive by Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m. This excludes; dropshipped, custom, made-to-order, and out of stock products.
Next Day Air Early A.M. - Your shipment is guaranteed by UPS to arrive the next business day by 8:00 a.m. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 AM PST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM PST will arrive by Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. This excludes; dropshipped, custom, made-to-order,
and out of stock products.
Saturday Delivery - Saturday delivery is available using UPS. Orders must be placed by 11:00 AM PST the Friday before. Additional charges will apply. Please call Massage Elements directly to process the order 1-866-950-9899.
UPS Freight – All items weighing over 150 pounds will be shipped via UPS Freight. UPS Freight shipments deliver curbside. See White Glove Service for inside delivery.

Many products ship directly from our vendor partners. The preferred shipping method is UPS Ground, unless otherwise selected. However, due to weight restrictions, costs and lead times, other carriers may be chosen. Products labeled with "Drop Ship" will ship directly from the manufacturer. You will be notified of tracking numbers via email when the product ships.
