Warranty, Returns & Exchanges 

 
Returns & Exchanges:
Massage Elements is happy to return or exchange most products that are unopened, unused and in resalable condition within 21 days of receipt of shipment. The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the return product and is subject up to a 20% restocking fee.  All returns or exchanges must have an RMA # (Return Manufacturers Authorization Number) issued by Massage Elements.  Follow the Process for Product Returns below to obtain the RMA #.

Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns on opened, used or expired products such as massage and body oils, lotions, creams, gels and any other bath and body products.  Returns on washed linens, worn robes or used disposable garments will not be accepted.  Required start-up packages and custom fixtures, signage and tables (unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer warranty) are non-returnable.

Damages & Defectives
Massage Elements’ goal is to sell the highest quality products.  However, we do recognize that a defective or damaged item may be received on occasion. Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us of any damaged or defective products within 5 days.  Please retain your packing slip and all packing materials.  We will happily replace or repair any damaged or defective item at no additional cost, at the discretion of the manufacturer.  All returns must have an RMA # issued by Massage Elements. Follow the Process for Product Damages and Defectives below to obtain the RMA #.

Process for Product Returns, Exchanges, Damages, Defectives and Warranty Questions
Please click the following link to be redirected to Massage Elements Support Suite where information is collected to facilitate your return process.  Please click “Submit a Ticket”, select “Warranty & Returns” and fill in all of the required information.  Please include the order number, product name, product SKU and any batch codes or serial numbers available. Including pictures of damaged or defective product will help expedite the process. If needed, please call 866-950-9899 for customer service between
7AM and 5PM Monday thru Friday Arizona time.
 
Warranty:
Please be aware that each manufacturer’s warranty policy is different and begins upon shipment of the product to you.  Below is a list of our equipment warranty policies. Should you have a question or want to find out if another product is under warranty, Follow the Process for Product Warranty questions above.

EARTHLITE WARRANTY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Earthlite portable table or chair, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund including ground shipping on the original order — continental United States only. Returns must be pre-approved by Earthlite, in like-new condition and in the original packaging with the original receipt of purchase. Also, there is a 30 day money back guarantee for Stationary and Lift tables; however we will not reimburse original shipping charges. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
 
EARTHLITE LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Portable Tables and Chairs
Earthlite guarantees our portable tables and chairs, excluding the foam and vinyl, against defects in material and workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product, or for 5 years after the model is discontinued. The foam and vinyl are warranted for 3 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Earthlite's sole discretion. You are responsible for shipping the product back to the factory for any warranty claim. Earthlite will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental USA. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties, and taxes.
 
Electric Lift Tables and Stationary Tables
Earthlite electric lift tables and stationary tables have a lifetime warranty on the frame. The lift motor and controls have a 2-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If, within these two years, there is a defect, malfunction or failure of the lift motor or controls, Earthlite will replace or repair the defective component at our discretion, shipping not included. The foam and vinyl are warranted for 3 years. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect, which includes tears in the upholstery and damage caused by harsh chemical-based cleaners. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Earthlite's sole discretion.

Accessories
Earthlite accessories are warranted for 1 year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to product repair or replacement, at Earthlite's sole discretion, shipping not included.

OAKWORKS LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Oakworks Lifetime Limited Warranty is the current warranty on some products, products purchased prior to 2000 held a Limited Warranty. Oakworks® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship to the original owner. This warranty excludes damage caused by improper set-up accident, abuse, use for other than intended purpose, neglect or normal wear and tear.

All warranties are invalidated by non-factory modifications and unauthorized repairs, which will immediately terminate all liability by Oakworks® for the product or damages caused by its use.
The buyer and its customers shall be responsible for proper set-up and use of the products as well as any supervision required for safety. In no event shall Oakworks® be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages or costs. Use of non-approved cleaning solutions voids the guarantee on all fabrics.

All warranties are limited to factory provided replacement parts, factory repair or replacement at the discretion of Oakworks®.  The warranties set forth herein are the sole and exclusive warranties provided by Oakworks®. There are no other warranties, representations or guarantees provided by Oakworks® either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

PARAGON


Paragon facial steamers, models 101 and 101/186, have a 1 year manufacturer’s defective warranty from date of shipment to final customer.

 

P-RYTON


P-Ryton facial steamers, Made in the USA and the Magic Mist models, have a 1 year manufacturer’s defective warranty from date of shipment to final customer.
